Description
Pre-release for this 2022 Pyrenees Shiraz available now. This is a classic big juicey Shiraz with plenty of punch. Grown in our Pyrenees Ridge Vineyard, the north south rows get sun all day from morning to dusk creating a lovely rich wine with abundant flavours, dark chocolate and hints of white pepper. Firm tannins and lovely structure make this a wine that will satisfy Shiraz lovers and will definitely have a long life - that is if you can resist temptation.

Vintage notes
Picked at optimum ripeness, fermented in small open fermenters and hand-plunged twice daily to maximise the Pyrenees fruit character and rflect the quartz and clay terroir of the Pyrenees region.
